职位描述 : |
|
-协助运营经理,带领工程师团队按时按质完成工程项目的安装和调试开通工作。 -负责完成从投标到中标过程中各个项目实施环节的技术及管理工作。 -管理团队,日常督促和规范部门内项目工程师、维修工程师以及技术支持工程师的工作,提高工作效率。 -充分了解工程或项目的进展情况以及工程师的工作情况,及时解决所存在的问题。 -负责初审方案及图纸,进行工程项目相关的培训工作包括指导、监督施工进行。 -协调管理工程的整体运行,确保工程项目的顺利开展。 -大型项目经验者优先,有GE产品安装调试经验优先,2年以上安防相关工作经验
任职要求: -大学专科或以上学历,电子类、工程类、机械类相关专业,有安防工程相关资质者为佳。 -两年或以上安防相关工作经验,熟悉项目管理工作。 -具有一定的领导能力,良好的团队精神和较强的协作能力。 -具有良好的组织沟通能力及现场处理问题的能力,能吃苦耐劳。 -英语良好。 Key tasks:
-Support operation manager and lead the engineer team. -Be responsible for the monitoring and installation of the project system. -Be responsible for the project designation and relative training. -Co-ordinate with related departments to solve the project issues and fulfill project goal. -Supervising the engineering team and standardizing all the staff’s daily work. -Inspect project process to ensure the timely and qualified delivery. -Technical and commercial sales support, if necessary. -Experience in large projects and 2 years of relative work experience is preferred
Qulifications need: -College degree or above, major in electronics,engineering, mechanism or related disciplines. -Certified Engineer and/or Fire certificate is preferred. -Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the electronic security field, good knowledge of project management. -Be able to endure the hardship and equipped with good communication skill and great sense of responsibility. -Capable of writing / oral English. -Good team player. |

key tasks: -Locate and identify sales leads. -Achieve personal revenue and profit targets. -Assist sales manager to build good relationship with the client. -Preparation of quotations and preliminary system design. -Meeting and sales presentations to potential clients. -Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation and market share. -Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies. -Maintain updated technical product information and market trends. -Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison whenever necessary.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor Degree ,major in electronics,automation,engineering,computer control etc - Professional qualification: to be familiar with electrical security system. - Experience and knowledge with security management systems and ELV system is an advantage. - Working experiences: more than 2 years experiences in security field. - Good skill for computer(hardware,software,Microsoft Office) - Good English in speaking and writing, good presentation and negotiation skills.
